Wijdemeren is a municipality in the province of North Holland. The municipality consists of six village centres: Ankeveen, Breukeleveen, ‘s-Graveland, Kortenhoef, Loosdrecht and Nederhorst den Berg.
It is also a very water-rich municipality with the Spiegelplas to the northwest and the Ankeveense Plassen to the east of it and the Loosdrechtse Plassen to the southwest.
To provide safe and sustainable lighting for the many roads in this municipality, a number of years ago a major effort was made to use energy-saving and low-maintenance LED street lighting.
Due to previous good experiences with Innolumis, the Mini Victoria luminaire was chosen in the warm white light colour 3000 Kelvin.
Again, these luminaires were assembled with great passion and commitment by people with a distance to the regular labour market at social development company iederz in Groningen.
We thank the municipality of Wijdemeren for its confidence in the product and company, and installer Speer Infra from Naarden for the expert installation of the many light fittings that now adorn the streetscape and will continue to do so.
