Welcome to Innolumis, pioneers in the development and production of LED lighting for public spaces since our establishment in 2008. As one of the first manufacturers of street lighting consisting entirely of LED, we have been committed to sustainability from the start. Our then founding shareholders, namely Imtech Infra B.V. and Lemnis Lighting B.V., shared this vision.
From the beginning, we focused on addressing the shortcomings of the existing conventional lighting, such as high energy consumption, limited lifetime, light pollution and insufficient colour recognition on the street.
With our innovative solutions, such as the development of so-called mesopic light composed on the basis of red, green and blue LEDs, we have addressed these challenges and set the standard in the public lighting industry. Through this focused approach, we have stimulated and accelerated the introduction of LED street lighting in the Netherlands and abroad.
Still, energy efficiency, long life, minimisation of light pollution and optimal colour recognition on the street remain core themes for us.
