In Groningen, employees from every department work on street lighting for Innolumis. They assemble the individual components one by one to create a complete luminaire. The collaboration began in 2023 and continues to grow. “The quality is good and the lines of communication are short. That’s nice,” says Cedric de Haan, director of Innolumis.
Dutch manufacturer
Innolumis is a Dutch manufacturer of street lighting. The company’s ambition is clear: better street lighting that lasts longer, consumes less energy, and causes less light pollution. “In our street lighting we have different light colors. For example, bat- or migratory bird-friendly lighting. We also have a soft green light that resembles moonlight. It is soft light, but you can see it well. That is pleasant for people and for the environment.” Sustainability is not only in the product, but also in the way Innolumis produces it.
